The Kerres JS H-2850/1 fish smoker is the largest fish smoker in the Kerres range and is ideally suited to the larger business.

The fish smoker comes in modular form which allows for the extension of the machine to create a deeper fish smoker that can hold more trolleys. For more information on this please call us.

As with the other Kerres fish smoking ovens, the JS H-2850 comes with the Jet Smoke system. Creating a fish smoker with very little smoke emissions and smoking product usage. The fish smoker also uses very little energy requirements and lower product weight loss compared to other processes.

The Jet Smoke H-2850 has an integrated foam cleaning system with built in bottom drainage as well as micro-processor controls allowing the customer to reliably repeat processes with the same product finish.
