The SB820 Turbovac vacuum packer is one of our best selling floor standing vacuum packers. Constructed from stainless steel with an aluminium chamber the vacuum packer can be used for long shifts.
The vacuum packer comes as standard with one seal beam on the right of the chamber which is 500mm in length and one at the front of the chamber which is 740mm in length, creating what we call an L shaped seal beam configuration. Both seal beams produce a reliable high pressure double seal but can be converted quickly and easily into seal and cut off simply by changing one of the wires to a different type.
The SB820 vacuum packer is fitted with the world renown Busch 063m3 vacuum pump and is available in single or three phase. This vacuum pump can also be upgraded to a larger model the Busch 100m3 vacuum pump. Busch coat all the inner components in the pump to help prolong their lifetime.
The vacuum packing machine comes with a digital control that is easily programmed with upto 9 different sets of vacuum and seal times. This helps an operator who is packing different types of product and using different types of vacuum bags.
The SB820 vacuum packer is floor standing and comes with lockable castors to help operators move the machine around a factory or for cleaning.
The vacuum packing machines lid is reinforced and is also fitted with an observation window so the operator can see the product whilst the vacuum packer is in its cycle.
The Aluminium range of Turbovac vacuum packers has proved to be one of the most popular ranges of vacuum packing machines on the market, they are reilable and extremely competitively priced on both the initial purchase of the machine and the required on going service and maintenance.
Servicing the vacuum packer couldn't be easier, simply by one the service kits from our website and follow the instructions in the manual.
If you think this machine is too large for your operation then take a look at the SB520 vacuum packer, or if you think you need something with more throughput then why not consider one of the double chamber vacuum packers like the SB620.
