The vacuum packer comes with a choice of Busch vacuum pump, 016 and 021m3. The 016m3 vacuum pump is the perfect choice for restaurants and smaller butchers shops where the vacuum packer is not used that frequently. The 021m3 vacuum pump is for more frequent use of the vacuum packer.
Customer has purchase vacuum packer service kits directly from our websites and can carry out the servicing themselves to help reduce on going costs.
The 440ST vacuum packing machine comes complete with a seal beam capable of sealing a bag of 440mm in width and the distance from the seal beam to the back of the chamber is 370mm. It creates a double seal on the bag and can be easily converted to seal and cut off just by changing the wire type.
The vacuum packer is constructed in stainless steel and has no wires in the chamber to improve cleanliness and reliability. The vacuum packing machines lid features a floating hinge system which prevents damage to the lid if anything is caught between the lid and the chamber.
The Turbovac vacuum packer has digital controls where the vacuum time and seal time can be individually adjusted to suit different products and bag types and has a warm up button to get the machine and vacuum pump up to temperature before vacuum packing commences.
Vacuum packing couldn't be simpler, place the product in a vacuum bag or pouch place into the chamber overlapping the seal beam and close the lid. When the vacuum packer lid closes the vacuum cycles starts ans when it is complete the lid opens automatically.
If you require a smaller table top vacuum packer then take a look at the 140ST, or if you need a table top machine ideally suited to vacuum packing long thin products like whole salmon then have a look at the 450-STE vacuum packer.
If need a machine that is a bit more substantial and can be uses for longer periods of time then really a floor standing vacuum packer is what you require, have a look at Turbovac's floor standing models.

DELIVERY COSTS:
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Free Delivery* is available on all orders over £50.00 to be delivered to the UK Mainland.
For orders under £50.00, delivery will be charged at £9.95 + VAT.
For stock items, orders placed before 11:00am will be dispatched the same day and any orders placed after 11:00am will be dispatched the following working day.

DELIVERY TIMES:
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and typically arrive next day for in-stock items, from point of order or cleared funds. Some more remote areas can take longer, to check delivery times for your area please call (0161) 366 1777.
Once your order has been completed and paid for you will receive an order confirmation email. A further email will be sent with your Invoice and to inform you of the dispatch of the goods and a due delivery date.
RETURNS:
We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchases from Superior Food Machinery however there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
In all instances of a return please contact Customer Services on (0161) 366 1777 with details of why the product is unsuitable. If we accept your reason for return you will be issued with a goods return reference number which must be used in any correspondence from then on. We will then arrange for one of our couriers to collect the goods from you and return it to our warehouse.
Please note: Carriage charges are non-refundable and it is your own responsibility to ensure the goods are suitably packaged for transport.
Items should be returned unused in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method less any transport costs.
Items Damaged in Transit
Prior to signing for the goods, the customer should check for any visible / non visible damage. If the items are damaged in anyway, please immediately call our office to log the situation & we will instruct you to either sign the delivery note as “goods damaged” or to simply refuse the delivery. If this is not possible the delivery note should be marked “goods un checked”
If any items are damaged in transit you must report it to us within 24 hours so that we can register the claim with the relevant transport company & instruct you of the next steps.
Items Faulty on Arrival:
If your items are faulty on arrival you have 48 hours in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.
Once the items have been collected and returned to Superior Food Machinery for assessment and we have verified the fault, we will either return the machine repaired, issue a replacement or a full refund to you via your original payment method.
If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our engineers we will return this item to you and in this instance you will be liable for the collection and return carriage.
