Superior Food Machinery stock a whole range of different sized bandsaws to cater for most companies and individuals needs. If you are looking for a small bandsaw for the occasional use or a large bandsaw for cutting up carcasses we will have an option for you.
We mainly sell two different makes of bandsaw Medoc and Kolbe, however we do also sell AEW bandsaws and give a price match guarantee on this manufacturer.
The Medoc bandsaw range are constructed in stainless steel and starts with the table top BG220, BG250 and BG300 model bandsaws. The BG250 and BG300 bandsaw can also now be fitted to a pedestal to create a small floor standing bandsaw. These machines are ideal for a butchers shop who want to cut chops and smaller cuts of meat.
The Medoc floor standing range of bandsaw are also constructed in stainless steel and sealed to IP65 water / dust protection level. There are four main bandsaw models, BGR300, BGR360, BGR400 and BGR450. Which each model increasing in size, product height and width as well as motor size. These bandsaws are more for a meat processor or very busy butchery.
The Kolbe bandsaw range are manufactured in Germany to the usual Kolbe specifications, made from high quality stainless steel and without sharp corners and are easily accessible for quick and easy cleaning. Their new bandsaw design has massively increase blade tension resulting in a far better cutting action and increased blade life.
The Kolbe bandsaws start off with the K330-S floor standing bandsaw and moves up to the K430S and K440 bandsaws. The largest model we sell is the K800 bandsaw which is the biggest bandsaw we sell, capable of cutting full carcasses with ease on its roller table.
