    The Cretel 362 s fish skinner is based on the body and mechanics of the "F" machine only featuring a blade beam using disposable blades. This can be infinitely adjusted for various species including salmon, squid, cod, haddock and various other fillets that may prove a little delicate for the "F" machine.
