The Hoonved EDI 13 Alta has a self cleaning function, has a low energy & water consumption and is suitable for washing a variety of utensils.
All Hoonved utensil washers come as standard with a soap dosage unit and the "Break Tank" system.
The "Break Tank" system ensures the whole rinse is performed at 85 centigrade by not allowing cold water into the rinse tank until the rinse cycle is conplete. This guarantees that the utensils will be correctly sanitised. The machine is also programmed so it will not start the rinse cycle unless the rinse tank is at 85 centigrade. |
