The kolbe MWE 52 is the ultimate in mixer grinders with a massive 240 lb hopper capacity and 52 size head. The Kolbe 52 will mince at up to 1700 kilos per hour in optimum conditions. Precision geometry of the worm and head ensures the best possible homogeneity particularly when mixing with herbs and spices etc. Ideal for medium to large processing of sausage, burgers or mince production.
The Kolbe MWE52 is now standard with Automatic Reverse. This enables a fast and consistant mix of the product while ensuring that virtually no product is left unmixed in the worm. This feature almost eliminates the need for putting that fisrt few pounds back in to the hopper.
