 | The kolbe awm 56 is our largest industrial mixer grinder with a hopper capacity of 220 lts. The Kolbe AWM 56 industrial mixer grinder is built to the un compromised high standards seen with other Kolbe machines. Inside the hopper of the AWM 56 you will find a large feed worm that slowly reverses during the mixing to ensure that everything in the hopper is mixed consistently. There are many options available with the Kolbe AWM 52 including variable speed on each of the functions, hoist for easy loading and a hopper which can also be used with a conveyor loading system. With the 30kw grind motor option the machine is capable of mincing meat that is tempered.
