A lot of customers are moving away from using netting machines and back to hand stringing their joints to give a better looking peice of meat. The Weinert TGM350 tying machine gives you that hand finished appearance but with very little labour required.
The elastic butchers twine we sell is ideal for use in the Weinert stringing machine, whereas the standard string butchers twine is ideal for use in Wiegand stringing machines.
Both types of butchers string we sell come in boxes, and each individual cone is wrapped to help increase hygiene levels.
