Vac. Packer Service Kits
Superior Food Machinery sell service kits with everything you require to service your Turbovac vacuum packer and Busch vacuum pump.
No matter which vacuum packer you have bought there is a service kit available for that machine. Yuo have the choice of buying a chamber service kit, vacuum pump service kit or a service kit that covers both.
Chamber service kits include the necessary parts require to give the vacuum chamber and lid a make over. Most of the kits come with lid seal however the STE range of vacuum packers have a grey all-in-one lid gasket which is not included in the service kit. These grey lid gaskets very rarely need replacing, but should you require a new one please call our spare parts department as they will be able to quote you for one.
Vacuum Pump kits include the necessary parts to service your vacuum pump and both the service kits come with an instruction leaflet to give you step by step guides on how to do it.
It is extremely important that vacuum packers and pumps are serviced regularly. By doing so the vacuum packer and vacuum pump will last you a lifetime.
Vacuum packers that are not serviced regularly can come into problems and major breakdowns can take place, costing the customer with repair bills and downtime.
Servicing a vacuum packer is not a time consuming thing to do and with use of the instructions a customer can complete it themselves and should they come across any problems along the way, we are always here to advise should it be required.
If your vacuum packer is not pulling enough vacuum, or your bags are leaking, or the vacuum cycle is taking longer than usual then it may be time to service your vacuum packer and pump. For the small amount of money required to buy one of the service kits it is well worth it in the end.
