Superior Food Machinery - Terms and conditions
- Vat applicable as required.
- Machinery parts are guaranteed against defect in material and workmanship.
- During the period of 12 months from the date of invoice.
- Terms of payment shall be as stated on the invoice.
- Time shall not be the essence of the contract.
- The supplier does not hold himself responsible for any losses consequent upon the non performance of the machinery supplied.
- All goods remain the property of the supplier until paid for in full by the customer.
- All spare parts ordered will be dispatched via a carrier, if the customer does not wish for the goods to leave in this way the customer will be held responsible for the payment of the goods if they are lost or damaged in transport.
- SFM reserves the right to modify prices and specifications without prior notice.
