The Hoonved EDI 8 pan washer is the next step up in size in the EDI range of pan, pot and utensil washers.

The pan washer is completely made from high quality stainless steel with the internal cleaning chamber being completely rounded off with no right angles to increase hygience levels.

The pan washer has an internal self cleaning system and the control panel is completely flat to guarantee maximum hygiene levels.

The pan washer has split opening doors which are perfectly counterbalanced, easy to open with a rack loading height of 900mm with the door open.

The structure of the machine is double panelled in 3mm thick stainless steel AISI 304. The pan washer has revolving wash and rinse arm also made from the same stainless steel, and these as well as the pan washers tank and suction pump filter can be removed easily due the excellent accessibility.

DELIVERY COSTS:

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Free Delivery* is available on all orders over £50.00 to be delivered to the UK Mainland.
For orders under £50.00, delivery will be charged at £9.95 + VAT.
For stock items, orders placed before 11:00am will be dispatched the same day and any orders placed after 11:00am will be dispatched the following working day.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and typically arrive next day for in-stock items, from point of order or cleared funds. Some more remote areas can take longer, to check delivery times for your area please call (0161) 366 1777.
Once your order has been completed and paid for you will receive an order confirmation email. A further email will be sent with your Invoice and to inform you of the dispatch of the goods and a due delivery date.

RETURNS:

We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchases from Superior Food Machinery however there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
In all instances of a return please contact Customer Services on (0161) 366 1777 with details of why the product is unsuitable. If we accept your reason for return you will be issued with a goods return reference number which must be used in any correspondence from then on. We will then arrange for one of our couriers to collect the goods from you and return it to our warehouse.
 
Please note: Carriage charges are non-refundable and it is your own responsibility to ensure the goods are suitably packaged for transport.
 
Items should be returned unused in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method less any transport costs.

Items Damaged in Transit

Prior to signing for the goods, the customer should check for any visible / non visible damage. If the items are damaged in anyway, please immediately call our office to log the situation & we will instruct you to either sign the delivery note as “goods damaged” or to simply refuse the delivery. If this is not possible the delivery note should be marked “goods un checked”
If any items are damaged in transit you must report it to us within 24 hours so that we can register the claim with the relevant transport company & instruct you of the next steps.

Items Faulty on Arrival:

If your items are faulty on arrival you have 48 hours in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.
Once the items have been collected and returned to Superior Food Machinery for assessment and we have verified the fault, we will either return the machine repaired, issue a replacement or a full refund to you via your original payment method.
If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our engineers we will return this item to you and in this instance you will be liable for the collection and return carriage.
