Superior Food Machinery is one of the UK's major suppliers of food processing and packaging machinery and has been established now for nearly 30 years.
Regarded as specialists in our field, we endeavour to provide the best possible machine, at the best price and with a service support second to none. The company has expanded from somewhat small beginnings and has evolved into probably the largest food machinery company in the UK.
The business is owned and run by the Garner family (Howard, Pauline, Andrew & James), all of which are committed to providing the best possible service to the industry.
One of the many benefits of being a family run and owned business has been the ability for the directors to hand pick specific agencies from throughout the world, to find agencies most suited to the UK market and with the same back up support we would expect to give our own customers.
The agencies have been selected for high quality manufacturing, both from an engineering point of view as well as taking into account the operating needs. In addition this must be backed up by experience and offer a support package with regards to training and spare parts.
SPARE PARTS DEPARTMENT:
Our spare parts department is a fully computerised operation using the latest technology for stock control and order processing. With in excess of 15,000 original spare parts available off the shelf, SFM can guarantee an efficient response and delivery beyond expectation. From the first contact with SFM's spare parts department and establishing the required part, through placing your order and receiving it in perfect condition is a quick and simple process. SFM can help in establishing the required part by sending exploded diagrams of your machine to you by fax or email, therefore enabling correct and speedy identification of the part required. This method greatly reduces incorrect parts being ordered and most importantly dramatically reduces down time.
At SFM we pride ourselves on customer support and our high speed response. Using our own factory trained engineers, we can service and repair all types of food machinery on site, or in our specially equipped workshop.
In addition we work through a network of skilled engineers, that can be utilised to give a prompt service to customers nationwide.
