The Clifton Food Range FL414D water bath is a 14 litre cooking bath ideally suited to sous vide cooking method. The 14 litre water bath consists of an unheated stainless steel tank housed in an inuslated stainless steel case. To one side of the water bath is a bridge unit which has an immersion circulator fitted. This simultaneously heats and stirs the water creating a highly stable environment accurate to better than +/-0.1'C. Pouches are prevented from contacting the heater stirrer mechanism in the water bath by a guard. The stirring propeller is manufactured from stainless steel and therefore virtually unbreakable.

The water bath uses precise temperature controls with the temperature clearly displayed to 0.1'C if required. The integrated timer control is variable from 1 minute upto 99 hours and at the end of the cycle an audio or visual alarm is triggered. The water bath continues to cook at the set temperature after this alarm has triggered, and the current cooking temps and times are stored in the water bath even after power off.

Temperatures in the water bath are easily set with the use of the push button, wipe clean control panel and should the water level fall below the recommended minimum level then the display shows the word 'FILL'.

The water bath has its entire case constructed from high quality stainless steel and its side lifting handles make it easy to carry the bath around the kitchen. The water bath has a drain tap to allow for quick emptying for cleaning and comes with a stainless steel lid which has an easy grab insulated handle. The water bath also comes with a removable stainless steel perforated shelf which provides effective distribution of heat uniformly throughout the chamber by convection.
