A dispensing solution that places interleaver paper or film on the lower side of the product.

This paper dispenser is composed of a set of devices that offer a high performance to meet the new demands of production lines. The paper interleave dispenser receives the product from an input line, where a corded conveyor picks up the product and moves it to the dispensing unit. In this unit, an automatic equipment dispenses fast and accurately the interleaver film or paper under the product and places it on a second corded conveyor that takes it to the output. Thanks to all its features the paper dispenser can adapt to the specific production requirements of each customer. 

The paper interleave dispenser is capable of processing up to 120 units per minute dependant on the length of the paper used for your product and can dispense absorbent paper, waxed paper or cellophane film. The interleaver is made from AISI 304 stainless steel and runs off a single phase electrical supply. The machine does require a connection to compressed air which needs to produce 6 bar of pressure with clean and dry air. The paper interleaver machine features a touch screen control panel. 

This Veserkal paper interleave machine speeds up the process of paper cutting and its placement under the product, has fast changing of the type of paper used thanks to it being extremely easy to change the rolls and easy removal of the paper dispensing unit for cleaning operations.
