The Nock Skinex QS888 fish skinner is a fully automatic, conveyorised double lane fish skinning machine with Nocks S-technology. The Nock QS888 is capable of skinning 200 fillets/min, dependant on the size of the fillers, with the infeed conveyor belt having a speed of 29 meters per minute. The fish skinner has a divided pressure roller which is spring suspended for double lane feeding, with each lane having a cutting width of 200mm.
The Nock QS888 fish skinning machine as a transport roller without grooves and with a counter rotating cleaning roller made of stainless steel. The fish skinners water cleaning unit helps steady and continuous operation of the machine, with the skinning blade gap being infinitely variable between 0 and 2mm. The machine has a maximum throughput height of 40mm.
