The Nock SBW 496 white fish skinning machine is an automatic fish skinner with a new flexible multi-disc upper pressure belt for particularly gentle skinning of white fish eg. cod, pollock, perch, haddock, halibut, salmon, and other white fish.
The Nock SBW496 fish skinner has two methods of skinning:
The white fish skinning machine has a cutting width of 430mm and runs at 28m/min. The fish skinner comes with an infeed and outfeed conveyor with the option of a discharge conveyor for the removed skin. Both the infeed and outfeed conveyors can be removed within seconds without the use of tools.
The fish skinning machine has a maximum product height of 70mm with blade gap (stepless ) of 0-3mm.
Compressed air is required to use the machine with a pressure of 5-10 bar and a constant flow rate of at least 50 litres per minute.
A water connection of 1/2" internal thread is fitted to the fish skinner, this allows water to be connected to the machine. This supplies the integrated water cleaning unit for constant continuous operation with low water consumption.
