The Nock V560N membrane skinner is ideal for removing the membrane from pork, beef, veal, lamb, turkey, game and poultry. The membrane skinner is extremely reliable and has high operational speed combined with very high yield. The membrane skinner has a maximum cutting width of 500mm. The membrane skinner runs off a 3ph electric supply. The membrane skinner's blade holder can be finely adjusted for products with thicker membrane (eg. beef) and is spring suspended to allow it to adapt automatically to the thickness of the membrane.
