The Mainca FC12 sausage filler is the smallest in the Mainca filler range, built to a high quality in stainless steel with a plastic piston plate and aluminium lid. The Mainca sausage filler comes with 3 x stainless steel nozzles, with the sizes of 15,20 & 30mm.
The Mainca FC12 sausage filler has an independent oil tank and has adjustable speed and pressure controls. SMooth exit of the meat from the sausage filler avoids clogging and colour discolouration. The Mainca FC12 filler has automatic piston decompression when the knee lever is released. The plastic piston plate in the Mainca FC12 sausage filler is easily removed for cleaning.
There are various options available on the Mainca FC12 sausage filler: you can replace the aluminium lid with a stainless steel version; the sausage filler can be fitted with castors; the sausage filler can be fitted with an anti-tilt support framce with castors preventing the machine from falling over when moving.
