The Mainca FC20 filler model comes with aluminium lid and piston, with the rest of machine built in stainless steel. There is the option to ugrade the machine so it has stainless steel lid, stainless steel piston or both together. The Mainca FC20 sausage filler can be fitted with castors so the sausage filler can be manouvered easily for cleaning etc. Mainca also offer their anti-tilt mechanism for additional security in preventing the machine for falling over whilst moving. This is a support frame that extends wider than the machine at the bottom.

The Mainca FC20 sausage filler comes with 3 x stainless steel nozzles with sizes 15, 20 & 30mm. However other sizes are available should you need them. The Mainca FC20 filler has adjustable speed and pressure controls, and includes the optional auto piston pullback function as standard. This allows the operator to lock the knee lever in the down position, so they do not have to continuously hold the keen lever in postion using their knee when wanting to drop the piston plate to its lowest position.

The Mainca FC20 sausage filler has the new ergonomic height adjustable knee lever, allowing operator to adjust the height of the knee lever to the desired postion for comfort.
