Dip Tanks from Superior Food Machinery http://www.superiorfoodmachinery.com/rss/1/productlistings/dip-tanks/cat38
Superior Food Machinery stock and sell the Turbovac range of dip tank machines. There are two different sizes available the TV40/60 and the TV55/75.

Both dip tank machines are made from high quality stainless steel and come complete and ready to plug in and use straight away. The chamber of the dip tank is filled with dip tank balls and an automatic shelf to place your product on which moves up and down dipping your product into the heated water.

The dip tank comes with control panel to change the temperature of the heated water to accomodate the use of different sized bags. The dip tank has a drain tap on the side to drain the machine at the end of the day for cleaning.

Dip tanks or Shrink Tanks as they sometimes called help to give a vacuum packed product a more professional finish. You would use the dip tank along side a vacuum packer, and once your product has been packed then it would be put into the dip tank. The excess plastic that is left after vacuum packing is then shrunk down using the heat of the water in the dip tank and creates a more satisfying finish to the product with no plastic flaps around the product.

Copyright 2026 Superior Food Machinery en Thu, 18 Sep 2025 16:19:49 +0100 Thu, 18 Sep 2025 16:19:49 +0100 Thu, 18 Sep 2025 16:19:10 +0100 Dip Tank - TV40/60 Shrink Tank Dip Tank - TV40/60 Shrink Tank
