The REX vacuum filler accurately portions the meat mixture, which is then shaped into consistent, handmade-style burgers by the UFM300-5. The Veserkal PE160 automatically places separator paper beneath each burger, preparing them for packaging or further handling. This integrated system helps reduce manual handling, improve portion consistency and increase production efficiency, with an optional automatic stacking unit available for further automation.
