The Tenderstar Montage 52 Meat Mincer is a heavy-duty industrial meat mincing machine designed for butchers, meat processors and food manufacturers requiring high-capacity mincing of fresh, chilled and suitably tempered meat. Featuring a powerful 10HP (7.5kW) motor, professional size 52 cutting system and rated throughput of up to 1,600kg per hour, the Montage 52 is built for demanding meat processing applications. Manufactured from heavy-gauge stainless steel, the machine features a hinged mincing head with quick-release mechanism, providing straightforward access to the mincing worm for cleaning and maintenance. The Montage 52 is also capable of processing suitably prepared meat at temperatures as low as ?15°C with a 4.5mm plate or ?10°C with a 3mm plate, subject to the manufacturer's operating guidelines. Additional features include a large stainless steel feed pan with integrated safety guard, IP63-rated push-button controls and motor overload protection. The Montage 52 operates from a three-phase electrical supply and is supplied with a mincing knife and plate, stainless steel deflector, spanner wrench and food-safe plunger.
