Formatic R-Series Goose Neck Hopper

This Goose Neck Hopper for the Formatic R-series burger machines, allows the customer to continuously feed their Formatic R-series burger machine, which in turn reduced the amount of down time required when loading and re-loading the normal hopper.  The goose neck hopper has a maximum capacity of 45 litres (approx 90lb) and fits easily onto any of the Formatic R-series burger machines, including the Formatic R2200 burger machine and Formatic R2200/180 burger machine.

Formatic R-Series 75 Litre Hopper

This 75 Litre hopper will fit any of the R-series Formatic burger machines. Much larger than the standard 20 litre hopper, this hopper allows bigger batches to be put through the machine and decreases down time when filling up the hopper.

Formatic R-Series Wire - F145

Part Number F145 - 1m required per machine (sold per metre) This Formatic R-series wire is used in two positions on the Formatic burger machines. Formatic R-Series Tension Bush for Burger Separation Assy - F429A

Formatic R-Series Paddle Retaining Knob - F130

Older Part Number F130 - 1 per machine required. (THIS PART HAS NOW BEEN REPLACED BY A NEWER VERSION) New Part Number F130B - 1 per machine required. This black retaining knob / nut is used to secure the paddles inside the hopper of the Formatic R-series burger machines. The most common model of the Formatic R-series is the R2200. 

Formatic R-Series Hopper Retaining Knob - F124

Part Number F124 - four required per machine. This black retaining knob / nut is used to secure the hopper of a Formatic R-Series burger machine to the machine and prevent it moving when in use. The most common model of the Formatic R-series is the R2200.

Formatic R-Series Burger Drums

To fit all R2200 burger machines, these burger drums are standard sizes used across the industry. Please note that the 3" (75mm) burger drum is not kept in stock and takes approx 4-6 weeks to produce. The 4" (100mm) and 5" (118mm) are kept in stock ready for next day delivery. Each Formatic burger drum can be adjusted to increase or decrease the depth of the burger, this is adjustable between 5 and 24mm.
