Manufactured in Spain, the machine features robust stainless steel construction, an 80-litre feed pan and a floor-standing design suitable for regular production use. The TMP52 is capable of processing suitably prepared fresh meat at temperatures down to approximately 0°C, with actual throughput depending on the product and mincing plate.
