The Tenderstar Economical meat tenderizer is a manually operated tenderizing machine for boned or boneless meat. The Economical tendizer is made from stainless steel and high quality food grade polyacetal which does not rust and can be cleaned with a high pressure cleaner. In addition to this the meat tenderizer is self-lubricating and therefore does not need to be lubricated.
The meat tenderizer is designed in accordance with the latest EC standards, which ensures an incomparable ease of use and guarantees that the tenderizer is manufactured to the highest standards possible.
The tenderiser is extremely hygienic since all of the parts that come into contact with the meat can be dismantled and sterilised, as and when you choose. The assembling and dismatling of the meat tenderizer's blade block and meat press is very easy and takes only seconds to do, without the need for any tools and with no danger to the operator.
The meat tenderiser comes with a swivel board to place the meat onto, the advantages of having the swivel board is that the meat can be tenderised several times without the blades penetrating the same spot and cutting it into slices.
When using the Economical tenderizer the meat retains its initial appearance, but becomes tender and juicy, just the way your customers like it. The meat tenderizer enables you to make the most of your cheapest cuts of meat.
The meat tenderizer can be ordered with a stand to suit the machine to make it a floor standing tenderizer or just on its own as a table top version. The tenderizers adjustable rubber feet provide anti slip protection and secures the tenderizer to the table.
Tenderstar make various different models of tenderizing machines, from manual versions like the Economical and Stainless Steel models, as well as the TSHY and TSE semi automatic models to the fully automatic TSAB meat tenderizer.
All spares parts for all the models are kept on stock at Superior Food Machinery should you require them and can be dispatch next day to most of the UK.
