The Nowicki TN700 meat tendiser is used for the mechanical cutting of meat parts in order to increase the surface absorption of the brine. As a result of this treatment the mechanically cut muscle has a greater final yield of the product which significatly improves binding slices and give less thermal loss. The Nowicki TN700 tenderiser is designed to work only with boneless fresh meat.
The TN700 tenderiser is construction entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel creating an extremely strong machine. The TN700 is designed according to CE directives, and hols 833 individual tenderising knives fixed into a cutting head. The Nowicki TN700 has a two stage tenderizing control for tenderizing layer thickness for meat with skin and meat without skin elements. The tenderiser is fitted to heavy duty castor wheels for ease of movement and cleaning, with its base being closed. The TN700 tenderizer's control panel allows for stepless speed of the cutting head.
