Superior Food Machinery sell two types of strip cutting machines, the Nock conveyorised system with high speeds and throughput or the KT gravity fed strip cutter FS-19 or KT tenderiser fitted with 10mm strip cutting attachment. Both manufacturers use a row of circular spinning blades to slice the meat into the desired thickness, with blade sets available should different thickness for different products be required.
KT produces two machines capable of slicing fresh boneless meat, fish and poultry both cooked and raw. The FS-19 slicer comes with a variety of different sized blade sets from 4-18mm and can be double stacked. The high speed circular blades provides an extremely smooth cutting process at speeds of up to 1500kg per hour. Alternatively KT produce the KT-PK tenderiser which can come with a strip cutter attachment. The tenderiser is a great addition to any butchers. giving you another option to tenderiser your steaks, loins etc. With the 10mm strip cutter option on top this allows the machine to be used to produce Chinese beef strips etc.
