The Robot Coupe CL50 Ultra is the same machine as the CL50 but with a stainless steel motor base for additional protection. 

The Robot Coupe CL50 Ultra vegetable preparation machine features a large cylindrical 2.2 litre hopper which is designed specially for long vegetables. The CL50 Ultra veg prep machine has a powerful motor (550 watts for 1-speed, 600 watts 2-speed) housed in a polycarbonate cover. The hinge and stem system enables immediate disassembly of the lid for easy cleaning. 

The CL50 Ultra veg prep machine is capable of covering between 50-400 meals with outputs of 150kg/h (practical) or 500kg/h (theoretical - depends on product & disc used). The vegetable preparation machine comes with 1-speed motor (375rpm - 1ph or 3ph) or 2-speed motor (375&750rpm - 3ph only).
