To fit all R2200 burger machines, these burger drums are standard sizes used across the industry.
Please note that the 3" (75mm) burger drum is not kept in stock and takes approx 4-6 weeks to produce. The 4" (100mm) and 5" (118mm) are kept in stock ready for next day delivery.
Each Formatic burger drum can be adjusted to increase or decrease the depth of the burger, this is adjustable between 5 and 24mm. If you require a thicker burger than 24mm you can buy a 'deep drop' drum which is adjustable between 5 and 34mm however these are special order drums and would take approx 4-6 weeks to produce.
