The No.32 mincer blades we sell are mostly for use in No.32 sized meat mincers that are mincing fresh meat. However there are a couple of mincer blades that are more suited to the mincing of tempered / frozen meat, the Salvador 32 'Power' mincer blade is one of these.
The No.32 mincer blade has a diameter of approx. 90mm give or take a few mm. This measurement is measured from the end of one mincer blade arm to the end of the opposite mincer blade arm. The hole in the middle of the No.32 mincer blade is approx 15 x 15mm, this is wear the mincer blade locates onto the mincer worm.

The Salvador No.32 mincer knives come in two different styles the standard mincer blade which has curved edges and is manufactured from high quality hardened stainless steel and the 'Power' mincer blade, this is made from the same high quality hardened stainless steel but has a high performance cutting shape and action more suitable for mincing frozen meat.
The Torrey No.32 mincer blades is made from high quality stainless steel and has curved edges, very similar to the Salvador mincer blade.
The L&W No.32 mincer knives come in three different styles, the standard 'Type N' mincer blade, the long life mincer blade and the X-cut mincer blade. The standard No.32 mincer blade is manufactured from tool-steel, has a straight edged cutting arms and comes as standard in Kolbe's mincers and mixer grinders. The long life No.32 mincer blade is made from polished stainless steel and also have straight edged cutting arms. The X-Cut mincer blade is made from tool-steel but has a special cutting geometry enabling an extremely long and sharp cutting action which causes the mincer knife to last longer. The curved edge on the X-cut mincer knife curves the opposite way to the Salvador and Torrey standard mincer knives.
