The No.12 mincer plates we sell are made to fit on most No.12 meat mincers. The diameter of the mincer plate from one side to the other is approx 70mm and has one location notched cut out of the outside edge of the mincer plate.
Salvador mincer plates are made in Italy from hardened stainless steel, they are made to last they can only be used on one side with the hub pointing away from the meat mincer. These mincer plates can be re-ground a couple of times to flatten the mincing surface and allow the mincer plate to be re-used.
