Nowicki WP-1 & WP-3 Complete Vacuum Loading System

This Metalbud Nowicki WP-1 & WP-3 vacuum loading system is a complete, integrated loading solution designed for the efficient transfer of meat and other food products into industrial vacuum tumblers.

The system combines a Nowicki WP-1 mechanical bin lifter and tipping unit with a Nowicki WP-3 vacuum loading system, with both machines connected together to operate as one complete product loading system.

Integrated Bin Lifting & Vacuum Loading

The WP-1 allows product contained within a suitable tote bin, meat bin or buggy to be mechanically lifted and tipped into the receiving section of the WP-3.

The connected WP-3 vacuum loading system then provides vacuum-assisted product transfer for loading an industrial vacuum tumbler.

Combining these two processes creates an efficient loading arrangement that reduces manual product handling and provides a practical method of transferring batches of meat and other food products from production bins into the tumbling process.
