The Mainca RC100 meat mixer is the second largest in the Mainca mixer range. The RC100 mixer features 1ph or 3ph electrics, 95 litre hopper which can hold approx 65kg of product. The Mainca RC100 meat mixer is ideal for mixing meat products as well as other food products.
The Mainca RC100 meat mixer features a unique mixing concept that ensures a perfect and homogenous mix in the shortest of times with both forward and reverse paddle action. In one direction the Mainca RC100 mixer mixes the products and in the other direction it knead the product to remove any air, this is ideal for dry cured sausages etc. The Mainca RC100 is extremely versatile with it being suitable not only for meat product but also a variety of products in the food and catering industry.
The Mainca RC100 meat mixer has specially designed mixing paddles with a T-shaped, this ensures very fast, very thorough yest gentle mixing of your products. If the breaker arms are removed from the Mainca RC100 mixer the machine can then be used for massaging or marinating with high liquid absorption. Paddle are easily removed for cleaning.
There are various different sizes of mixers in the Mainca mixer range: RM20, RC40, RM200 or alternatively take a look at the Omega range of mixers: MM30, MM50, MB90, MB120 or MB180.
