SFM stock two main sizes of burger paper, 4.5" (114mm) and 5" (127mm). The burger papers are square in shape and have a 6mm locating hole, ideally located to fix onto automatic burger machines.

The burger papers have a thickness of 73gsm which is thicker than most competitors burger papers (usually 55gsm)

These burger papers will fit into the Formatic R2200 Burger Machine.

The burger papers are sold in boxes of 45 reams, with each ream containing 500 burger papers. So in total one box contains 22500 burger papers. 

Our burger papers are suitable for freezing.

We confirm that the genuine Vegetable parchment burger papers, coated with “silicon” polymer (“PolyDiMEthylSiloxane”), SULPACK STVP, produced by our supplier fulfils the current requirements under normal and predictable conditions for dry, wet, fatty and cooled fresh dough food contact and bakery usages up to 220°C with regards to the current regulations given that the paper is stored and used safely:

  • European EC 1935/2004
  • Germany : Bfr 36.2
  • USA : FDA 21 CFR § 176-170 & 176-180
  • EC 2023/2006 : manufacturing with good practices under HACCP.

This burger paper fulfils the Toys International Standard DIN EN 71 part 3 (Specification for Migration of Certain Elements) and part 9 (Organic Chemical Compounds) requirements. 

Our burger papers do not contain normally prohibited substances above specified guide concentrations in lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, PBB, PBDE, PCB, PCP and fulfils the current requirements of the CONEG regulation and the European Directive 94/62 EC (French decree 98/638) with regards to the heavy metals content of packaging as well as the RoHS requirements (2005/95/EC).

We confirm that our burger papers do not normally contain any:

  • fluorescent material
  • perfluoro derivatives residues (PFOA, PFOS free)
  • BADGE (bisphenol A diglycidyl Ether), BFDGE (Bisphenol F Diglycidyl Ether) nor
  • NOGE (Novolac Glycidyl Ether) and derivatives (2005/1895).

We confirm that we do not use ozone-depleting substances (low molecular weight CFC, HCFC, HCF or HCs) as additives or within the manufacturing process for those products.
