The wash tank filter has a special plug-in overflow fixture which facilitates the correct use and keeps the filter in place at all times. A stainless steel suction pump microfilter traps the smallest of food particles (fruit juice, tiny pieces of fruit, coffee granules etc) to prevent them form circulating in the commercial dishwasher. To save time and reduce consumption levels, the commercial dishwashers microfilter may be removed even when the wash tank is full.
