The KT ALP Meat press thins and tenderizes meat & poultry without weight loss. The meat is flattened to a uniform thickness which is fully adjustable between 1 and 30mm. The meat press or Schnitzel press is quick and efficient, capable of producing up to 800 steaks per hour at a working pressure of 3000kg within a closed environment.

Schnitzel presses or meat presses are becoming more and more used in the industry, we local supplier preffering to make there own schnitzels rather than buy them ready made from larger processors. The meat press is an ideal way in taking a cheaper cut of meat, tenderising it and leaving a flat product that can then be dipped in egg wash and breadcrums to product the perfect schnitzel.
