Built to Kolbe's usual high standards, the K440RS meat bandsaw is constructed from stainless steel and comes with a sliding table on ball bearings which makes high performance portioning and dissection as comfortable as possible. This table can be converted in seconds to create a full fixed table similar to the K430 model bandsaw.
The bandsaw takes a bandsaw blade which is 3370mm long and is removed and replaced easily by use of the quick tension device on the upper wheel as well as the tiltable blade cleaners. The bandsaw blade passes through the table via a table blade guide which keeps the blade in the correct position whilst cutting and can be removed quickly without the use of tools. This bandsaw is ideal for industrial use where long shifts are required, the bandsaw is easily accessible to allow for quick and efficient sanitisation.
